Early life
Nik Wallenda was born on January 24, 1979, in Sarasota, Florida. His parents are Delilah Wallenda and Terry Troffer. He was a daredevil since his childhood. When his parents gave him a swing, he climbed up and somersaulted the crossbar.
At the same time, he started performing in the circus act along with their family. He performed at the SeaWorld San Diego for the first time in his life in 1981 and gained enough recognition.
Besides this, he also started walking on the wire while holding his mother’s hand at the young age of two years. Soon he learned to walk on the wire on his own. His parents supported him seeing him passionate about the dares and challenges he used to compete. His parents make him the practice walking on he wore through throwing different objects and also shot him with a gun to train him.

He proposed her while walking on the wire when he reached in middle and got down on a knee in front of 25000 people. The couple married just after the week. They have three children and they successfully run Wallenda’s inc.

Wallenda appeared in Japan’s Kurashiki Tivoli park with the seven members of his family where he attempted the world’s first eight-person high wire pyramid. For this, he was also named in the Guinness world record.
From 2002 till 2005 he performed various stunts alongside his wife and children in Wet N Wild Emerald Pointe In North Carolina.
Besides this, he also performed on the double version of the wheel of steel. In 2008 he performed a very difficult stunt of a bicycle ride. A few steps before completing his ride he was slipped and regained the balance and completed the ride in 5 minutes.
